1. Order Process:
We are an online store and we work under orders. All floral arrangements are prepared specifically for each client.
2. Same Day Deliveries:
We offer same-day deliveries for orders placed at least 4 hours in advance. Make sure to place your order within this period to be able to benefit from this option.
3. Scheduled Deliveries:
For orders placed one day in advance, we guarantee delivery at the time you indicate. Please provide the desired date and time when placing your order.
4. Receipt of the Delivery:
It is essential that the person who will receive the order is present at the time of delivery. If there is no one available to receive the arrangement, we will not be able to complete the delivery successfully.
5. Redelivery:
In the event that the delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of the recipient, the arrangement will return to our starting point. In this case, an additional charge will be charged for the redelivery.
